Susan Miller, Partner, co-founded Morgan Kingston Advisors in 2018. Susan has over 20 years of investment banking experience. Prior to co-founding Morgan Kingston Advisors, Susan held various positions at MVI and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. (NYSE: JPM).

Susan’s transaction experience includes buyside and sellside mergers and acquisitions, sales, divestitures, joint ventures, debt and equity capital raises, recapitalizations, high yield debt offerings, term loan debt offerings, initial public offerings, follow-on public equity offerings, financial restructuring, bankruptcy transactions, valuations, fairness opinions and strategic advisory for both private and publicly-traded companies. Her advisory experience represents a broad range of industries, including, consumer products, food and beverage, restaurants, retail and healthcare.

Susan was appointed to the board of directors of NTN Buzztime, Inc. (NYSE: NTN) in 2019 and served on the Audit Committee, Nominating & Corporate Governance/Compensation and Strategic Committee, until NTN was sold in March 2021. She was a Cornell Tradition Fellow and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University. She holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 securities licenses.

Susan lives in Austin, Texas with her husband and their two children. She actively volunteers at her children’s school and for the City of Rollingwood, Texas. Susan enjoys cheering on her kids’ sports teams, cooking and running

Sean mirzabegian, Partner

Sean Mirzabegian, Partner, co-founded Morgan Kingston in 2018. Sean has over 20 years of investment banking, corporate M&A, principal investing, lending and entrepreneur experience. Prior to co-founding Morgan Kingston, Sean held various positions at MVI, Dresner Partners, ADP, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADP), Wintrust Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: WTFC) and Northern Trust Corporation (NASDAQ: NTRS). Sean also led various entrepreneurial endeavors, including as owner/operator/investor of an independent record label and a nationwide event staffing agency.

Sean’s transaction experience includes buyside and sellside mergers and acquisitions, sales, divestitures, carve-outs, joint ventures and alliances, debt and equity capital raises, recapitalizations, financial restructuring and corporate turnaround, bankruptcy transactions, valuations and strategic advisory for both private and publicly-traded companies. His advisory experience represents a broad range of industries, including consumer products, food & beverage, restaurants, retail, healthcare, technology, business services, media & entertainment, financial services and industrials.

Sean graduated with a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Entrepreneurship from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He holds FINRA Series 79 and 63 securities licenses.

Sean lives in Austin, Texas with his wife and their two children. He enjoys spending time with his family, coaching his kids’ sports teams and playing hockey
